Adidas : Adiprene
The Adiprene and Adiprene+ technologies were developed by adidas for running, as are most of the footwear technologies created by adidas. These two elements complement each other in terms of technological contributions for quality cushioning and high-performance energy return on the forefoot. The Adiprene is located in the heel to absorb the force applied when taking off during the run, then the Adiprene+ takes over to provide elasticity at the end of the stance, for greater stability and explosiveness when changing stances and pushing off to accelerate and attack the basket. It's the perfect compromise between safe control of the stance and a gain in intensity and energy, whether on defense or attack - in other words, all the essential elements you'd want to find in a basketball shoe on the court.
These two technologies developed by adidas, Adiprene and Adiprene+, are applied to numerous models of adidas basketball shoes, with the aim of bringing comfort, stability in support and extra explosiveness to players such as Damian Lillard or John Wall, who have integrated these two elements into their signature adidas pairs. Adiprene and L'Adiprene+ are real technological additions to adidas basketball shoes. These technologies can be found on models such as the Jwall and Jwall2, as well as the Lillard.
