    No, once your order has been validated, we cannot modify it. However, we will be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been packed, and refund you within a maximum of 14 days by the same means you used for payment.

    Please note: Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.

    Free returns via Chronopost or Mondial Relay for customers Rookie, All-Star and MVP from b4b squad: see conditions. Return period extended to 30 days for All-Star and MVP customers.

    Subject to eligibility, we offer you the option of returning your items to us free of charge by Chronopost Shop2Shop or Mondial Relay via an easy returns procedure. If you do not wish to use this service, you are free to return your unwanted items by any other carrier of your choice at your own expense.

    Upon receipt of your parcel by our services, you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days by a credit note, or by the same means you used for payment (credit card, gift card, Paypal, etc.), depending on your choice. The refund includes the shipping costs paid to have your order shipped to you.

    Items you wish to return must be in new, unused and unworn condition, in their original packaging with labels attached. Underwear and socks (considered as undergarments) cannot be refunded after fitting.

     

    To make a return :

    Go to your customer account, then to the details of the order concerned to indicate the products you wish to return and print out the return slip to include in your parcel.

    To send us your return via the Chronopost Shop2Shop easy returns procedure:

    Only available from mainland France

    In the "My product returns" tab, click on "print label" to download and print your Shop2Shop Chronopost return label to stick on your box.

    Then simply drop off your parcel at the Shop2Shop point of your choice.

    To send us your return via the Mondial Relay easy returns procedure:

    Only available from Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg

    In the "My product returns" tab, click on "print label" to be redirected to the Mondial Relay website, where, after checking your details, you can print your Mondial Relay return label to stick on your box.

    Then all you have to do is drop off your parcel at the relay point of your choice.

    Be sure to use a carrier that delivers against a signature and to keep track of your package, as you are responsible for it until it reaches our warehouse. Any parcel sent to another address will be refused.

    It is currently impossible to exchange items, but you can return them to us. To obtain another color or size, you will need to place a new order on the website.

  • Means of payment

    SECURE PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER:

    We offer 3 types of secure payment:

    - Payment by credit card (3D Secure): Your credit card payment is made via the payment interface of our partner payment solution, PayPlug. Your confidential credit card information will be encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted, and only PayPlug will have access to it.

    Payment methods accepted via PayPlug :

    • Bancontact

    - By Paypal : You don't need to enter your credit card numbers, just your e-mail address and PayPal account password to finalize your payment on the PayPal interface. You can then pay directly for your entire order, or pay in 4 instalments without charge, subject to PayPal eligibility.

    - By Alma in 2x, 3x or 4x: By selecting Alma at checkout, you can choose to pay for your order in 2, 3 or 4 instalments by credit card. The charges will depend on the number of payments you choose, and will be updated before you validate your order.

  • Have you received my return? When will it be processed?

    Returns are received in our warehouse, and our logistics team only informs us that a parcel has been received once it has been inspected. To find out whether your return has been received, please check your package tracking.

    Returns are inspected and processed at the end of the day on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. During busy periods (back-to-school, holiday season, sales, etc.), we give priority to shipments, and returns may only be processed twice a week (usually Wednesday and Friday).

    Refunds or credit notes (depending on your choice) are issued within 14 days of receipt of a return.

  • How can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?

    If you do not wish to keep the order you have just placed, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, who will attempt to intercept your parcel at our logistics warehouse.
    If the parcel has already been dispatched by our platform, it will be sent to the address indicated in your order, and it will be up to you to return the product by following the returns procedure.

    On the other hand, if the package has not yet been dispatched, we may cancel your order.
    In the latter case, you will be reimbursed within 14 days by the same means you used for payment.

    The procedure is exactly the same if you wish to keep only part of your order. We can no longer modify your order once it has been transmitted to our warehouse and its status has changed to "preparation in progress".

  • I don't see a refund on my bank statement after cancelling my order.

    If your order cancellation and refund request was validated by our (super-efficient!) customer service department less than 24 hours after your order was placed, you won't see a refund appear on your bank account because you haven't even had time to be debited!

    If you cancel your order and request a refund more than 24 hours after placing your order, you will be refunded within 14 days by the same means you used for payment.
