Salesperson Strasbourg - Part-time/full-time (M/F)

Come and add your touch to the Basket4ballers experience by becoming a salesperson at our
store in Strasbourg.

Your missions

Passionate about basketball and its culture, you'll play an active role in achieving
sales targets, while focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty through a personalized customer experience. Your main objective is to turn occasional customers into loyal customers.

As part of your duties, you will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the store:

- By providing useful advice to customers, offering them products that correlate with their needs,

- Collecting sales,

- Managing department restocking based on sales,

- Setting up shop windows,

- Receiving and checking goods ordered,

- Keeping the store clean and tidy.

Your profile

Autonomous and multi-skilled, you demonstrate real commercial and relational ease, and your communication skills enable you to converse both within small groups and with individual customers. Smiling and well-presented, you're approachable, a good listener and service-oriented.

Curious and passionate, you know everything there is to know about products, their technologies and release dates, and are able to share this passion with our customers or pass it on to them.

As in any team sport, you'll be able to show initiative, while demonstrating a real team spirit that will help the store run as smoothly as possible. You are willing to accept a certain degree of flexibility in your working hours, which are determined according to the needs of the business, and are willing to work on Sundays.

You are fluent in English and a second foreign language.

Immediately operational, you have previous experience in an equivalent position.

Training: Baccalauréat pro métiers du commerce, BTS, DUT techniques de commercialisation, Licence commercialisation des articles de sport or equivalent.

Job conditions

- Location: 25 rue des serruriers 67000 Strasbourg

- Type of contract: Fixed-term contract - Salary: Minimum hourly wage (€11.27 gross)

- Benefits: luncheon vouchers, 50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
