Goods received in good condition but delivery took too long. I received an e-mail for shipment (via Mondial Relay and not at home) on Friday (the day after the order) and I received the parcel the following Thursday, i.e. 5 days later. The whole point of having your order delivered to a parcel relay is to make it go faster than at home. It's a pity because the delivery problem spoils my opinion of the company.
