Visible cushioning that you can feel
The full-length Max Air unit is encapsulated in a midsole close to the ground, wrapped in foam for optimum support when moving sideways. The Air unit is specially positioned in the forefoot to reduce the shoe's weight and increase its responsiveness. It helps absorb shock while promoting a smooth transition from heel to toe. It also ensures good lateral stability for better control and direction of your force.
Incomparable grip
The durable rubber outsole features a classic herringbone grip pattern from toe to heel. The rubber is split and partially cut under the arch to reduce weight and offer greater flexibility.
Reinforced materials
The breathable, reinforced mesh upper offers a lightweight, snug fit, from the lacing that wraps around your forefoot to the molded outer elements that secure your heel. Reinforced side seams ensure a snug fit and total foot support.

As I said, I'm disappointed but there are always risks with defects and I wonder if that's why the prices are so attractive. But there will always be defects if it's not checked beforehand. I'm not here to sugar-coat the whole thing, because customer service isn't easy. But as I said, I'll continue to buy from them because the customer service is understandable.

Going up 0.5 sizes was indeed a good idea. It's exactly what I needed. As far as the shoe is concerned, I'm comfortable in it. It's not a slipper, but it knows how to make itself forgotten. It's firm but there's still some cushioning. The Air part isn't as soft as I thought it would be, and the Zoom part (I think) isn't as hard as I thought it would be. She's a hard worker, she does a lot of things that you don't really realize, but she works! I'm waiting to see how it develops over time, but for the price I'm SATISFIED!
