An ode to one of Devin Booker's favorite off-court kicks, this special Book 1 has an allover snakeskin leather upper with a python texture. Its Air Zoom cushioning combines with Cushlon foam to help him slither and strike on the court, leaving even the most vicious defenders helpless.

Air Python-Inspired
The Air Python is a regular in Book's rotation of lifestyle high heat. Debuted in 1987, the Python caught fire for its elevated lux, faux reptilian skin and Swoosh logo-less upper. This special design is rooted in a fitting desert theme. An allover snakeskin print is elevated by the python texture, making for another future Book classic.
The Story Continues
The pull tab at the heel is inspired by a book spine, with numbers referencing chapters in an ongoing story.
Stop and Go
A top-loaded Air Zoom unit in the heel provides responsive speed when taking off in the open floor and coming to sudden halts.
Full-Go Foam
Soft, responsive Cushlon foam can help you keep running and cutting in comfort.
Cut Hard
The multidirectional, herringbone-like pattern gives you sticky traction that's ideal for lateral cuts and quick changes in movement.
Plant and Pivot
A top-loaded midfoot strong plastic plate helps keep your foot stable when making sudden movements. A strong plastic sidewall cage adds even more stability.
