The French basketball team is one of the leading teams on the European continent. With the arrival of French NBA players such as Boris Diaw, Nicolas Batum and Tony Parker, the French team enjoyed its golden age in the 2010s, with multiple silver and bronze medals at international tournaments, as well as a European title in 2013, and hopes now for bigger achievements with a new generation led by Victor Wembanyama.
